In this workshop, you will explore the different personality types based on Swiss psychologist CG Jung. As a participant, you will learn to understand different personal preferences, actions and reactions, as well as personal behaviour on good and on bad days. The most practical benefit of this workshop is that you will learn to recognize personality types and define appropriate actions/reactions in just a few seconds, based on people's body language and speech patterns. You can use those soft skills to create and maintain efficient working relations with your colleagues or clients and be a better leader.

Stephan is a well-known keynote speaker, host, moderator and voice-over talent.
